Peter is responsible for managing all areas of the business, delivering client results, and continuously developing new ways of working that help his clients think, act and lead better.
Peter’s consulting work covers 4 key areas: Strategy, Operational Excellence, Projects & Issue Resolution.
- In Strategy Peter specialises in facilitating leaders through the key strategic decisions necessary to form a clear, cohesive and compelling strategy. He also develops the execution skills, processes and culture necessary to turn strategic vision into reality. In 2013 Peter was part of a 3-man team that was “Highly Commended” in the Strategy category of the Management Consultancy Association (MCA) awards.
- In Operational Excellence Peter has a passion for delivering production transformation through the deployment of Lean & other methodologies. He specialises in helping his clients to reduce operating costs, shorten lead times and improve quality & safety performance. He is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- In Projects Peter has supported his clients as a consultant and trainer in both the delivery of special projects, as well as helping them to institutionalise good project and portfolio management practices. He has been responsible for coaching a $1bn mining project, large organisational SAP rollouts, as well as many capital and process improvement projects.
- In Issue Resolution Peter has an outstanding reputation for helping his clients conduct structured root cause analysis of complex quality, production or safety problems.
Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA with Distinction from Aston Business School.
